I firmly believe that everyone is entitled to have professional help in buying or selling homes. No matter the price range, everyone is entitled to help and should be treated the same. I don’t work the long hours, time away from the family and the stress because of the money. If that was the case I would have found another profession years ago. I do it because I love the satisfaction of helping people, it’s just that simple. That’s why my most accurate measure of my sucess is my Client Experience Rating. I chose to be a Realtor with Martha Turner Properties because it is the most professional, ethical and well run company I have ever seen, and Martha Turner herself is the most amazing and genuine person I have ever met.

Paul Silverman is a Houston Realtor with Martha Turner Properties. Excellent customer service wins clients for life, and Paul’s broad knowledge of the Houston market, high ethics and infinite patience allow him to convey to his clients that representing their best interests is foremost in all that he does.
Licensed since 1999, Paul lists and sells in neighborhoods across the greater Houston area. In addition to sales of existing homes, his wealth of experience encompasses listing broker for high-end builders, new-home sales counselor, new-home construction manager, marketing director, and sales manager. Paul’s impressive and ever-growing list of achievements includes the 2008 National Award for Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year, the 2006 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year, and inclusion as one of four finalists for the 2006 and 2007 Texas Star Awards for Marketing Professional of the Year.
Paul is committed to the ideal that anyone who seeks success must support their industry, and he is positioned squarely at the forefront of leadership and change in the real estate industry. He has filled many capacities for various organizations including the Houston Association of Realtors MLS Advisory Group, Builder Broker Task Force, co-chair of the NextGen Realtor Group, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of GHBA Sales and Marketing Council. Paul was named Custom Builder Council Member of the Year in 2003. In addition, Paul mentors other Realtors and shares his particular expertise in implementing technology in the everyday practice of real estate.
When not working, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife who works in early childhood education, their daughter, nieces, nephews and their new great niece “brownie”. In addition, he also runs Onlinekidcop.com, an advocacy website to teach parents how to keep their children safe online.
