The Process

1. I will formulate an online gateway to serve as a comprehensive source to save you the time of searching multiple websites for homes. From this gateway, you can mark your favorites and make notes on the homes. For an example of this innovative tool, click here.

2. Technology will be an integral part of your transaction. Depending on your comfort level, we will use technology to sign contract forms, exchange documents, and more.

3. We will talk about financing and what you can afford. While there are lenders I have worked with , you have the right to use a lender you have already chosen. Regardless, I will be there the whole way to give you guidance and interpret and explain the mortgage process and documents.

4. As we being to look at homes, I will provide comprehensive reports on home that you are interested. The two main reports are the CMA Report and the RPR. These reports will help us define and establish value.

5. Once we are under contract we will help with the inspection process. I will explain the common inspection for each home as they can vary greatly depending on the age of the home. This is where I will use my years of construction experience to help explain the results the inspector has found.

6. From contract to close I will be there to answer any question about the process to buy a home in the Houston area. Whether it is a question about moving, renovating, setting up utilities and more, I can either answer your questions or guide you in the right direction.

7. I will be at your closing to help explain the closing documents and offer advice and other important information that will be useful for years.

8. After closing you can call on me at any time for property questions, home maintenance tips, help fighting taxes and anything else related to your home.
